4. Registration and Enrollment

If you need to cancel your enrollment:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable

6.2 Rescheduling by Student

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations.

6.3 Cancellation by MasterySpeakPro

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor unavailability
• Force majeure events
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date or course.
